All vendors must bring their own table and chairs along with attractive, creative display. The Gullah Festival of S.C., Inc. will not be responsible for providing tables and chairs nor will we be responsible for the setup of tables and chairs.

Spaces will be assigned as monies received.
Fri. May 28th set up booth by 9:00am; remove ALL trash by 9:00pm.
Sat. May 29th set up booth by 9:00am; remove ALL trash by 9:00pm.
Sun. May 30th set up booth by 9:00am; dismantle booth, remove ALL trash and be ready for space inspection by 7:00pm.

You are allotted 15 minutes to unpack wares and move vehicle to designated parking area.

Do not sell food in merchandise vending area. No hot plates and/or generators in merchandise vending area. FOOD WILL BE SOLD BY FOOD VENDORS ONLY.

Release The Gullah Festival of S.C., Inc from any liability of loss or damage to signer’s property and/or person.

Purchased vendor wrist bands must be worn for park entry.

Each vendor space is 10x10. ONE VENDOR CANNOT OCCUPY TWO VENDOR SPACES WITHOUT PAYING AN ADDITIONAL VENDOR FEE.

Supply your own electrical cords which must be above and off of the ground away from all persons.

Apply for your one-time State required tax permit. (See address shown below).

NO PRODUCTS THAT CARRY THE GULLAH FESTIVAL IMAGE, LOGO, OR NAME MAY BE SOLD AT THE FESTIVAL. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE FESTIVAL. NO VENDOR WILL BE ALLOWED TO SELL ANY “T-SHIRTS” WHICH MAY IN ANY WAY SAY OR IMPLY THE TERMS “GULLAH” OR “GULLAH FESTIVAL.”

NO FUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SITE DURING THE EVENT.

GULLAH FESTIVAL WILL BE THE ONLY ONES TO SELL COCA-COLA PRODUCTS AND WATER.

GULLAH FESTIVAL WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR THE SELLING OF BOOTLEGGED PRODUCTS.

IF FOR ANY REASON YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT APPROVED, YOUR APPLICATION FEE MINUS ANY ADMINSTRATION COST WILL BE REFUNDED. ONCE YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
