Dear Prospective Vendor:
Welcome to the 25th Annual Gullah Festival which will be held May 27th thru May 29th, 2011. We look forward to a fantastic, fun-filled, and memorable week-end with you in the beautiful city of Beaufort, SC. The Festival will be held in the Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park located in downtown Beaufort.
All vendors will be located outside of the pay gate area. All vendors are responsibile for their own tables, chairs and tents. Tents must be sand bagged because no stakes are allowed in the ground or pavement.
Complying with the application submission, rules and regulations are very important. Spaces will be granted as monies are received.
Only 12 food vendors will be allowed. No trucks larger than 15 feet will be allowed in the park. A fee of $200.00 will be assessed for any additional trucks or trailers. Food vendors will be permitted to register and set up on Thursday night (May 26st) beginning at 7:00pm. Craft vendors may also register on Thursday night but not set up.
Please read the enclosed vendor application in its entirety. All rules as outlined in the enclosed application must be adhered to. Please make sure that you describe in detail what will be sold and submit a photo of your product with your application. All applications will be screened to ensure that vendors selling the same type of product will be limited.
